Delete your BeyondPlay account
BeyondPlay, by Beyondplay, Inc., lets you delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.
Delete it yourself
- Open the BeyondPlay app, or sign in at app.beyondplay.xyz.
- Go to Profile, then Settings, then Privacy & Legal.
- Tap Delete account, review what’s removed, and confirm.
You’ll be asked to sign in first.
Signed in with Apple?
The web doesn’t offer Sign in with Apple, so use the BeyondPlay iOS app. It may ask you to confirm with Apple first.
Or email support@beyondplay.xyz from the address on your account.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@beyondplay.xyz from the address linked to your account, or include your @handle, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account, every sign-in link (Google, Apple, Telegram, wallet) and all active sessions
- Your profile: handle, display name, avatar and bio
- Games you created and published with Create, including their Create Studio history
- Communities you own
- Your game library, likes, comments, scores and progress, tickets and points
- Your followers and following, blocks, and invite codes you created
- Your notifications and push notification registrations on all of your devices
What is kept
- Messages you sent stay visible to the other people in those conversations, with your name and profile removed (they appear as from a deleted user). Conversations you started remain for their other participants.
- Where the law or platform safety requires it, we may keep limited records, such as safety enforcement history, with your profile removed.
- Routine database backups that may still contain your data are overwritten within 30 days of deletion, and diagnostic error logs expire automatically within 90 days.
